Tell us why here...To Whom it may concern,When we first purchased this vehicle from First Choice Auto Auction the vehicle's odometer was not working properlyThe way they ( this particular Auction) deal with that is that they estimate the odometer and put on the announcement boardBoth [redacted] and Autocheck will show you that the 120+ odometer reading has been taken at the Auto Auction. After that when Mr [redacted] came to check the vehicle he noticed that the odometer was not working and we told him we can replace that for him and we searched for an odometer that has similar amount of miles to the one the Auction had reportedWe also had him sign the odometer document where we crossed the Not actual value part.At the time we had just started the business and I am not going to deny there were a few things we were not aware of( like having to keep Auction receipts and title documents for more than years and also how to deal with similar situations with odometer discrepancy) Anyway, we also did not have [redacted] at the time ( we could not afford it ) and therefor had no form of reference as to what the previous odometer could have been. When we were first contacted by Mr [redacted] in late ( over a year and a half after the sale ), we apologized for the inconvenience and we told him we can buy the vehicle back with the current kbb value after his years of usage or trade it in for him with a different vehicleMr [redacted] refused any solution but a full refund, which we believed to be unfair since he had been driving that vehicle for close to two years with, according to him, no mechanical issues or problems The problems only arised when he tried to resell the vehicle and ran a [redacted] .We were also shocked to see First Choice Auto Auction providing the investigator with a printed document NOT a receipt of a 200+ odometer which we do not recall receiving similar one from the auction everThe customer continued to make threats to ruin the reputation of the business ( which he tried to do in several ways ) if we did not pay him the full amount until we had to have our lawyer contact him and tell him if he does not stop threatening the business we are gonna have to file a harassment suit.Just to let you know we had several issues with dishonesty and lack of integrity from that auction that we stopped dealing with them completely at 2016.Unlike what Mr [redacted] claims, The only reason TXDMv had fined us is that we failed to keep complete records of the auction receipt or odometer repair and we we re so unfortunate that the TXDMV had sent us that final order to the old address on Highway and we never had a chance to request a hearingAttached you will find a copy of the TXDMV finding, [redacted] report, and Mr [redacted] 's signature on an odometer statement document along with the investigator's statement on the possibility of the fact that the auction has tampered with evidence and the inability to prove it

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]First of all, I did not threat them, I just wrote my opinion on google review as everyone else doing and no one from their side contacted me regarding to my reviewIn addition, when I called him in asked him to return the car he told me that the price will be around $or less according to the situation of the carI replied to him that it is not logic to lose more than $just only for one year and half and even I just drove around miles only that timeSo, I refused this deal and told him that I will complain to the DMV. It is not logic to be a dealer and does not have a ***Moreover, when he gave me this car, he did not inform me that the dashboard is not working, I just discovered that after I took it from him and traveled to College StationIn the night, I found that the light on the dashboard is not working and the full gauge is not working at allIn addition, always I have a mechanical issues in this car, I spent more than $on this car because of the mechanical problems.
Regards,
