We have a recorded conversation between Tyler, our operations manager & Mr [redacted] This conversation occurred on 9/19/@ 9:57amIn this conversation it is very clear that ALL of the labor costs were offered to be refunded & Mr [redacted] clearly stated that he was done and not accepting the offerWe have not received any other form of communication from him until the Revdex.com complaint on 10/4/

We had offered to reimburse for labor around $900-At the time the offer was made, Mr [redacted] had refusedHe had told us previously that the pump was working in his homeWe had offered the prior reimbursement, but at this time are no longer willing to offer that or anything else

We have made it very clear to Mr *** that we were willing to work with himWe have the recorded conversation & am willing to provide it to whomever would like itMr*** clearly states that he wants the entire refund of the job which is not feasable due to the fact that the parts that were provided for the job are still being used in the location of his residenceThis was clearly stated in our prior conversationsWhen there was any talk of reimbursing for the labor he would not accept thatAt this point we have made every effort to work with him & he has been the one that has been unreasonable

I am rejecting this response because:We did communicate with the owner, Eric, several times beginning on June but he had no apologies or remorse about their inadequate services, only excusesWe asked him to contact us via email, but he would not leave phone messages or contact us through emailHe was concerned about his Revdex.com recordThe best way to have a clean Revdex.com record is to provide QUALITY services to EVERY customerIf we had had hot water when we returned from the baseball game that night, as we were promised, I would not be filing complaints with the Revdex.comI am still very angry and disappointed with the service provided by the company Innovative Plumbing Solutions and its refusal to correct its mistake by refunding us our moneySince we cannot get back our water tank, we will settle for the refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter. *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: they have never offered me a dollar amount for a refundHow do they know the parts if any that they installed are even functioning? The whole unit blew off the mound and had to be installed!

Friday 5/at 1pm we spoke with the customer and booked a same day appointment about a year old electric water heater not producing hot waterOnce onsite the tech made a recommendation that due to the age of the existing water heater and no existing warranty that the water heater needed to be
replacedIt was agreed that because of its age that it would be replaced with a new water heaterOnce both the scope and price were agreed upon, the tech performed the approved work and informed the customer that the water heater would take a few hours to warm up The customer was contacted the following day saturday 5/regarding a possible issue with the installed water heaterAn emergency tech was dispatched and as a courtesy, any emergency fees were waived in in the interest of customer serviceUpon arrival, the tech replaced the heating elements as a precaution and informed the customer an exiting electrical could be the cause of the previous water heater going bad as well as causing the new water heater not to get power in order to heat the tankIt was recommended that a licensed electrician be called to check both the electrical box and any existing lines to the water heaterThe customer informed us that a licensed electrician determined an issue with the existing circuit and demanded a full refund for the approved and performed work and product provided

This was a case where a neighboring homeowner of a job we were on made unfounded and undocumented claims that we damaged his line when we dug at meter that the City of Seattle located for us to dig at for neighboring property. This was a confusing case from the onset of City
mis-locationmonths later when the complainant came to us to seek damages for a leak he alleges occurred by our hand months after the initial neighboring job was completed we tried to come to a resolution and to help this customer understand his water linesThis complaint is a case of a home owner that needed a costly repair that occurred at later date, and was misunderstanding his rights and responsibilities as a homeownerThe replacement of his ENTIRE line and his high water bill were steep and very frustrating to homeownerWe directed him to the proper channels at City to help with his high water bill, and let him know that the plumbing company that did the costly replacement of entire line could help him with this processThere was never any documented information from the line replacing company " fixing" previous damage by another company. Just that they went in and did FULL line replacement.The costly expense the homeowner incurred was not to "repair" any spot that we damaged but to go in and replace entire lineWe are not responsible for him choosing to have entire line replaced. This is a complainant that was clearly very upset about the steep price of plumbing repairs and was looking to have our company pay this expenseWe tried to provide customer service to calmly explain this issue but to no availIt was handled by our attorney appropriately

We have responded to this customer every time he has called! We have offered him reimbursement in which he declined.There have been multiple discussions with him to resolve this issueWe offered to reimburse him the complete amount of labor charged on this projectThe parts that were installed are
working, have always worked and are still located on the homeowners property fully functioningThe homeowner has decided that our fair offer of reimbursement for all labor charged was not enough for himWe feel that this is the way to make it right as the parts provided were used at time of service & continue to be used by the homeowner at his residence.As far as the additional costs, the electrical work is not included in the bid therefore if additional work is needed beyond basic electrical that would then result in needing an electrician hence additional costsHaving the "other" plumbing company out was again his decision, we have never once told him that we were not available or not willing to help.We have made multiple visits to the customers home at his convenience in attempts to work with him in regards to this issueWe have done whatever he has asked while onsite

[redacted]i would like the company to be more specific. No dollar amount was ever told to me. Tyler told me they installed parts that I should pay for. So, this matter could be resolved if I get a full refund on the installation of the grinder pump. I do question the recorded conversation. I’ll ignore that if I get the $2195 refunded.
