There was about $500+ worth of damage during a move. When I got in touch with the company, they agreed to reimburse me $100, never received anything.
Movers showed up 30 minutes late-no call/apology/explanation on April 10, 2020. We asked them to be there at 9:30, they showed up at 10:00am. We instructed movers to not worry about wrapping up any furniture except the baby furniture as it is brand new. The following day, April 11, we noticed that most of our furniture had been marked or chipped in addition to the baby furniture that I specifically told the movers to pay special attention to. There were big deep scratches/chunks of wood taken out of the legs of the crib, the knobs on the changing table all had the paint scuffed off and the$150 baby swing no longer works when turned on. All of these items are 2 months old, all of which I still have the receipts for. I called the company and spoke with ***. I explained that I take responsibility for my other furniture by my baby furniture had significant damage and I specifically asked that it be cared for, she told me that she received my e-mail, that the movers told them that I told them not to wrap anything and they are not responsible for any damages. She said she would talk to the movers again and call me back. She never called me back, she e-mailed me and again said they are not responsible for any damages. Finally after several phone calls and e-mails back and forth *** (who wasn't present) told me that I told the movers "don't wrap any furniture" and that they would only reimburse me $100. I told her that it was pitiful for the extent of the damage and asked her if she would be refunding the card on file for the deposit or the card used for the payment. She never answered and I never received the reimbursement.
I would like at the very least the $100 reimbursement that was promised to me in the e-mail correspondence.
Customer rushed my movers and did not allow them to wrap anything. Already handled this damage claim and gave her a refund as per our damage policy on co tract
Demo Boyzz knocked down our fence when they were doing demo work on our property. We have at least five emails and texts from *** and *** that they would fix the fence. It was never fixed.
The second issue was for a contract that we had for sod to be planted on the property so they could close a permit. We asked if we could just plant grass seed. We were told by *** it had to be sod. We agreed to a price of 3105 for the sod to be installed. We gave a deposit of half then the other half when *** said the work was complete and the permit closed.
My husband repeatedly asked *** for pictures of the completed sod installation. His texts were ignored. We knew something was wrong when he wouldn't send pictures. My husband had his brother go over to the property to see what was going on. We have video proof that they planted grass seed instead of sod that we paid 3,105 for. They never told us they planted seed instead and we would not have know if our brother didn't go over.
We did a charge back with our credit card company and got the charges removed. Now *** has sent a letter threatening a construction lien on our property for the landscape work that they never did.
We had offered to forget the fence repair for the grass seed they put down. They refused to compromise. *** offered to take 1,000 off the bill then *** said 1500. 1,600 is very expensive grass seed.

Finish the job We want our fence fixed that they promised they would fix. We want the threat of a lien on the property to be removed. I don't know how you put a lien on a property for work you never did. All we wanted was the sod that we had a contract for and paid for.
We were hired to tear down his home, provide landscaping and pass inspection for him. All services were provided and we have a signed contract to prove it. This customer did a chargeback as he is trying to get out of paying for services rendered and thinks we are expensive for him. He agreed upon pricing before any work was rendered, and his property passed inspection. I have all documents to prove this if necessary. Unfortunately, some clients can be very difficult to please.

Theft by deceipition bait and switch expensive yes for grass seed instead of sod about 2700,00 to expensive here is contract and text that I ask if I could use grass seed and they told me no why was I charged for sod .This like ordering lobster and getting cod ya but it's still seafood and you got feed
