Demolex's representative, Surgey, fulfilled all of his commitments relating to the jobAnd the cost of the job was within the quote even though he blew in more insulation than required by the quote
Surgey was punctual, courteous and conscientiousHe took obvious pride in doing a professional jobHe didn't leave until ensuring that I was totally satisfied

This turned a weekend paint job into a demolitionRemoving the laminate and then cutting open the subfloor we were shocked that no insulation or vapour barrier was ever installed in the home when it was built in '
With three children who need their bedrooms, we took actionOf course it's SaturdayHaving a 4' hole in the floor of each room for the next few days was not an optionA quick search of insulation companies brought up many operators specializing in the installation / specialization of blown in celluloseAll with answering services or office times beginning Monday
Calling Demolex we were surprised to get an answer on the third ring by the contractor himselfHe was available to discuss the situation immediately and provided insight, his cell # for directions to our home and provided an estimate based on his questions determining our needsWithin three hours he arrived to our home, prepared with all the materials and equipment required
Two hours later he was completeThe job wasn't a big one in the grand picture and having the holes / floor open already helpedThe cellulose not only insulated the home but provided a much needed noise reduction between our children's bedrooms and our living room/kitchen below
The contractor also provided the option of bringing help for the job, or asking if we would be the help to reduce our costsThinking ourselves DIY amateurs we elected to helpThe company was knowledgeable, educational and provided insights into the best way to reinstall our flooring for maximum benefitAs far as we were concerned we should have been charged for all of the above!
Demolex is a professional, personable, experienced company that worked with us (not advising or telling us what needed to happen with our home) and educated us every step of the wayIt's rare to recommend a contractor now-a-days, we recommend Demolex to anyone whom needs a job done (and done 100%) in a pinch!
We will be using them again once we get to the master bedroom too! Wonder if he knows a great drywall contractor too with the same professionalism?!

We recently had to have Vermiculite removed from our attic as part of a contract to sell our house We wanted an estimate before we agreed as we had heard it could be extremely expensive Demolex Inc was one of the three estimates we got over the phone They were the only company who could come by the same day, and in this case time was of the essence Sergav came that afternoon , we accepted his estimate and he assured us he could start in days He called back later and told us he could start the next day Bonus He and his crew spent the day removing the vermiculite, cleaning the attic and blowing new insulation in they were quick, friendly and very professional They went way above and beyond My husband had some cedar planks up to 20' long stored up there They cleaned them and then brought them down flights of stairs to stack them outside All at no extra charge Wonderful Company, Wonderful Crew and Sergav is so friendly it is like dealing with a family member Would recommend Demolex anytime

Had unexpected insulation removal situation Called Demolex for a quote Sergey was on site the next day, and removed the insulation one day later Installed new insulation and upgraded existing, including new hatch cover and entrance to attic Very clean operation, no damages, and left worksite clean when finished All work completed to the highest of professional standards

Demolex installed blown insulation in my attic and soundproofing between some open walls. They provided great service. The job site was kept clean, the staff were super knowledgeable. The price was fair -- great work!
We contacted Demolex to provide a competitive quote for the removal of old insulation in our attic space this last September.
The business owner came over the next day and provided very thorough insight to the job and cleanup. His quote was very fair and his professionalism made Demolex the obvious choice for us.
