Work was not sub standard and no kids were sent out the tradesmen are 29years in age we demoed the bathroom Installed new custom shower base installed dura rock on shower walls removed walls and installed pocket doors as requested by [redacted] his wife then she decided she did not like or want pocket doors so we had to remove and repair and reframe walls from pocket door removal then we asked [redacted] for selections for bathroom to continue and we were at a waiting point until we received selections then after few weeks she sent selections that were not in budget amount of job she was informed of this and we had to get pricing on the new selections to let them know what the additional costs would be then we were waiting on a OK for the additional costs and then at that time it went into the holidays and owners were informed that we would be gone for the holidays then I received a email that they no longer wanted to do the bathroom work we have sent a refund check for the entire $6,to owner for his deposit even though we had completed work and did not charge for it we did this has good faith and customer satisfactionsecond as for the windows they were all installed except for the garage window that was ordered wrong by the company that Mr [redacted] purchased the windows from we did not measure or order these windows this was all done between Mr [redacted] and the window company and were waiting for correct window to come we never got one complaint from Mr [redacted] or his wife [redacted] on the window installation was never informed about any holes from window installation and have pictures of windows before and after and they clearly show that there is no holes in walls after completion The outlet in question was never removed by us as it was in [redacted] x cable that was already in wall and was not in the way of the work we were doing WE are not sure what is going on with the owner we were told to deal with [redacted] his wife so there was not much contact with him we also have every email and message to and from them and also non of them have a complaint as to the work that has been completed
