We sent out a service provider on this unit to be repaired. The unit is at a isolated location that can only be accessed through the owners who live over several hours away from it. The unit was picked up on Thursday before labor day weekend, the new owners did not contact us until...
Sunday evening to say they were having issues, at that time they spoke with there sales man who told them because of the holiday it would be Tuesday at the earliest before anyone could come out, they were fine with that. [redacted] filed this within the first three days coming off of a Holiday. She is at this point a happy customer since here unit has been or is scheduled to be repaired.
