and the conversation when I was called by Sue. After reading her email response to Revdex.com and bringing [redacted] in to the conversation I do not agree in how she handled her self this had nothing to do with [redacted] even though [redacted] wanted nothing to do with working there after she was called several times that they wanted her to work there because of her skills and back round. Lets start out why this complaint was filed. It was filed because Michelle copped a serious attitude after I had a conversation with another girl, that was out of sorts in what to do. For a Mature and professional girl so she thought coming across on the phone was very determined to tell me the way things were going to be, after she hung up on me mid-way into my conversation. I than proceeded to write this email to make you guys aware why I was unhappy with the way they handled them selves when I also left a message with Michelle at that time for Sue the owner, Michelle’s comment was Sue probably would not call me and if she even thinks about calling you, you would be lucky as she being Michelle runs the business. Earlier this week being Tuesday 23rd I received a phone call from Sue the first one was a message to call her at the office. The second phone call she called me from her cell. When I answered the phone she explained to me just how devastated she has been with most of her employees that had either been stealing or removing stuff from her business and that her lead man of 10 ½ yrs. that she relied on solely was the ring leader being working with the other employees that had also been talking a large amount of things. Along with their customers on side jobs. Along with other things that I promised her I would not talk about. That Sue wanted me to remove the Revdex.com complaint because it was devastating what business they had left out there with customers she has worked with over the years. She than attempted to buy me off on a job that I had received a quote on 2 summers ago that I had no interest in as they were very steep in their price, I reminded her that the job that was on hand that they came out to quote on was a smaller job and it had nothing to do with the one from 2 summers ago. I do not take free benefits or discounts just so I can have this complaint removed to appease her in what she asked. I never reciprocated back to her after we had that poor me conversation when she called me Tuesday afternoon, bagging for me to remove this complaint. Curiosity kills the cat as I wonder how many others have been put in this position and have not contacted you regarding this kind of business practice. I do not want to see this happen to others and have this slid under the carpet just to appease funds in their wallet and continue with such poor business edict. I have been in business running a corporation for almost 35 years and I have found you practice what you preach and what goes around comes around. I would not allow an employee like Michelle to get away with what she did and for Sue the owner to tell me by phone that Tuesday afternoon she was never aware what Michelle did in a conversation with me phone or what she said. She also made a point to say before she hung up that she was going to sit down and talk to Michelle what had happened. And get back to me the following day. In which today is not Friday the 26th and not a word to the wise of that conversation she was going to have. Or a phone call back to me. So at this point I have lost any kind of respect to this owner from an owner also that understands the needs of all that make a small business grow with good employees and good workman ship to all customers and to others that are involved. And the rule is Practice what you preach. Thank you for your time.
