In June of 2015, a *** *** *** *** of Edwardsville, IL ordered eight outfits from Demoulin I spoke with the sales rep, *** ***, many times about what we wanted for the outfitsWe were supposed to get the outfits in weeks, but they were late in being made and shipped to usWe did not receive them until AugustThey were supposed to be tunics, but when we received them, they were dresses and the color purple, was blue, due to the way the manufacturer dyed the material
On November 18, *** *** sent me a UPS label to ship the uniforms back to be remade correctly Instead of the blue material, they were supposed to replace that with purple I mailed all outfits on November 23,

On December 29th I purchased a few items from DeMoulin Brothers and CompanyI never got my merchandiseWe got a confirmation email saying they will email us when my merchandise shipped but we never got that email

The remake of your custom tunics will ship no later than March 14th, which will have them arrive in time for your performanceWe apologize for the delayed manner in which this was handled

The customer placed an order online, on 12/30/17 @ 4:46pm (Saturday).  Being a weekend and holiday, our offices reopened on 1/2/18.  On 1/2/18, we emailed the customer stating that "we are unable to ship to a PO Box" and "We need a physical mailing address" and we will place the order on...

hold until we receive a response.  Apparently as the customer stated, they received a confirmation email for the order, so they also received this follow up email.  We attempted contact again on 1/18/18.  After receiving no response, we cancelled the order and refunded the customers credit card.  See correspondence and receipt attached.Please let us know if you have any further questions.
