Precision TV & Appliances responded "We will get back to you on this ASAP." The email is dated Friday, 8/26/2016. I have already requested via telephone message and in a detailed email I would like a copy of the service reports from the 3 service calls Kevin made to repair our [redacted] Refrigerator Ice Maker. That's what I expect from them which they could have attached in the email sent on Friday.
