Review: In early December, 2013 I sent out inquiries for loans online. On December 10, 2013 I received an email from [redacted] at Denali Debt Management offering a loan on acceptable terms. She sent me the contract via email which I signed and returned via FAX. I then wired the payment for $468.00 since this was for a secured loan and that was the amount requested. The wire transfer was done to Canada to someone from their lending company as they were acting as an authorized agent of the lending company. After several phone calls with [redacted]and days of mismanagement on their part they advised me that their lender's insurance underwriters required an insurance premium in the amount of $1,000.00 to release the loan (for $5,000.00) but they were going to pay $650.00, charge me $350.00 since the underwriters needed to see a payment from me, and add the $350.00 back to the loan as a refund in addition to the wire transfer fees ($45) for the two wire transfers since it was not their decision to charge this insurance fee. I made them put this in writing to which they did on December **, 2013 to protect myself and I wired $350.00. Several more days went by without a response from them and unsuccessful attempts being made to contact [redacted]. I then began speaking with a girl named [redacted] who stated that their underwriters were requiring the full $1,000.00 from me and I told her that was not the agreement and I had it in writing from her company. She stated she didn't know anything about the letter and whoever sent it wasn't authorized to do that. I stated at that point it didn't matter, they breached the original contract, and they breached the ammendment, and I wanted a full refund of everything paid to date. She stated that she would put in a refund request for $863.00 for everything paid by me which was $468.00 for the loan security, $350.00 for the insurance premium, and $45.00 for wire transfer fees. To this date I have received nothing. I sent an email on 1/**/14 w/no response.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $863.00 for everything that I have paid to secure the loan which I have not received. They promised me a refund in December and I have not received one or heard from the company.
