Review: I went to [redacted] to get an apartment on April **. He showed me an a 2bedroom apartment which I loved and agreed to take. I have him all the paperwork needed and 3800 because he made it seem as if I was getting the lease and keys by May *, 2015. When the first came he gave me a story about it's a process to get the place. He then said I will get it on the ** off May. I waited and he then told me that the management people had to take the previous tenants to court and they won the case so I will have to wait till memorial day. I started that it's a holiday are you sure he stated yes. Memorial day came and he stated it's a holiday so we have to wait till the first again. The first of June came he stated to my father that that the building has to pay inspection but he told me that they waiting for the ok from the court abd the previous tenants I should get the key and lease by June * and will be able to move in by June **. The tenth came and he came with a story about the landlord said we have to wait for June **.I requested my money back and he told me I will get it June **. I called him for my money he said Saturday June **. My mother called him and he said I will get my money June 15. I just want my money to look for another place because I am now homeless and my mother is sick and sleeping on the street.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back asap so my mother and I can have a place to live because she is elderly and sick.
