still isn't resolved. They finally delivered part of my order on 8/4/2016, but were short two closets. They also charged my credit card, which they said they wouldn't until the job was completed. It isn't completed! They claim that they salesperson didn't include the measurements for the closet, but my husband saw the salesperson measure all of the closets and we were very clear that those were included in our order.

yes they have fixed the problem and jack F[redacted] handled it himself.I would recommend anybody to take their business there

This job was install two days later (06/05/2017 Monday) from the day of original install date. Which was 06/03/2017 Saturday this job has been done to there satisfaction. Customer paid the balance of $3000.00 owned and the job is total done. We are very sorry we did not meet...

the original install date but the installer truck really did have two flat tires that day. Please let me know if I can help in any other way.

 They have had plenty of chances to review this.  The Jack [redacted] (owner) is aware as well as Tim (gen Mgr), Mandy(installation), Lance(installation), Hunter(installation).  Edward [redacted](contractor), Norman(who no longer works there).Jack's Carpet does not up hold up to their word.I've been dealing with this since Nov 2015, 2016 and 2017.  The floor in my bedrroom is not put back down!

We are doing an internal review and will follow up once completedTell us why here...

customers problem has been corrected.  They had a sub-floor issue that we repaired at no expense to the customer[redacted]

My understanding is the business sat on this problem until the decided to do a story on them.  I feel the resolution had nothing to do with values or ethics.
