Denco Security Service, L.C.

Service was cancelled July 2012 at the end of service contract, but I continue to receive harassing billings.
My security system contract ended with Denco in July 2012. I cancelled the service in July 2012 in writing on my July statement. I also confirmed cancellation of the service on 4 phone calls subsequent to the written cancellation. In November 2012 I reconfirmed cancellation to the accounting manager at Denco directly.

Denco also did not honor warranty on equipment that was installed originally and damaged by the installer. The battery installed was used and not new and had to be replaced within a year. Etc.

I continue to receive harassing billings in spite of the multiple confirmations that the service was cancelled. And the equipment has not been working for 2 years so it is impossible for them to provide monitoring service any way, and during the time I was still paying.

Not only will I not pay for services after the cancellation, but they should really refund months of service that the equipment was not functioning.
