On August 8th windows were installed.  First call of water leak was October 13th @ 530 pm.  By 10 am the next day Denco went out to inspect . Denco discovered the windows were indeed caulked on all sides.  However a siding Channel above the window was the issue. ...

Denco sealed the channel and took the responsibility for the oversight. The customer insisted Denco pay for the damages inside.  Denco agreed on $750.00 per their contractors bid, which was way over priced.  Denco sent the customers a mutual release and a copy of the check ready to mail after receiving a signed copy.Friday October 24th customer called and stated the contractors bill was for over $1300.00.  Denco told them we were not paying any more than the agreed price and as soon as we receive the release they will have the money.  Customer then hung up on Denco. So Denco contacted their insurance company for a claim.  It has been processed and a claim has been filed.  Denco should have done this in the beginning but wanted to get the customers paid as soon as possible

What a great experience! Install was very professional. The install team paid attention to every detail. Each member of the install team of 5 knew their jobs and worked together like a fine tuned machine. The foreman inspected everything and communicated to me exactly how the install would happen and asked if I had any questions.
I had 13 upper windows installed and they had the job done in less than a full day.
I was so impressed that I am having all the lowers done this spring.
Price, value and quality couldn't be beat! Highly recommend this company.

Review: had windows installed on 8-8-14 . on 10-13-14 had rain and all 4 front windows drywall was leaking like it was raining in the house. called denco they came out the next day and checked out the windows and stated all windows were chauked and he states that all windows were checked but nobody saw on a ladder to check the 2 story windows we questioned him and he told my husband if you don't trust go look for yourself. and he knows [redacted]. in the metime I had a contractor here doing painting and saw all the damage caused by the rain. started on 10-6-14. I contracted him to fix the damage as denco didn't like the price of the damage he had done . on 10-23-14 I received a final payment from [redacted] and I was to pay 1350.00 for the damage of the drywall .I call denco and explained of fixing window installation error and damage and explained we were charged 1350 . he stated that [redacted] quoted 750 and that was all he was going to pay I explained the damage was more extent then the first quote. 1st quote was for 1 window and [redacted] ended up fixing all 4 front windows due to mold that could happen. after excuse and excuse . I hung up the phone and if I don't here anything from denco I will take further action. as this point I don't trust ANY contractor.Desired Settlement: paid in full I am out 1350 for window install error and damage.
