We have reached out to the consumer Ms*** with final instructions specific to her on how to return her merchandise. She had called to check on her initial "Returns Email Directions" and we let her know that it was coming and that there was no problem she was documented as within the
30-days time period for her return. Our system did fail to get that email out to her in a timely manner. She did call several times and we did confirm that we had no problem with the return, she was confirmed within the 30-days and apologized greatly for the "unreasonable delay". As a small company there were several things that led to the delay including an expansion our system to better handle and process orders including clarifications of our policies regarding different types of returns. We're still working to put in place some parts of our new systemsHowever, we have added new directions to our website that confirms 2-ways to do a return in the future so that there is no confusion and a customer does not have to wait for a "customer return number" or any directions on the return unless there are special circumstances or questions about the product that they have. In Ms*** directions we have promised to follow any tracking number she sends us to monitor and respond as quickly as possible to make the return much faster than our processing time for returns of 4-weeks to make up for the delay in the initial communication. As with most electronic personal products that have been opened and used, most companies in our sector do not take returns on electronics unless they are a very large department type store chain. Dengi Global chooses to stand behind its product to a level higher than industry standards as we believe the Dengi Hair Iron is an incredible product and we value our customers. We truly are very sorry for her wait and inconvenience and grateful for her diligence.
