She told me she had water problem in the corner of the house, not the area that she claims that the water was coming in, there was no indication of water coming in where she claims is wet. It showed that water was coming in from the back corner of the house we told her that  and we fixed it and...

she was happy and thanked me after a big rainfall that there was no water coming in and she said "you're my hero you fixed my problem"The problem she's referring to, there is an inside plumbing pipe that it's leaking, we fixed it for free no charge, this was something that we went out of our way to fix this , the leak had nothing to do with the outside waterproofing. We tried several times going back and fixing the hole, but never called us back to set a time because she gets home from ups at 1:00 pm.  Several of my guys went there to help her but her cross space is full of roots and it's hard to see where this pipe is leaking, she might need a plumper, this is not waterproofing, she paid for that, but did not paid us for the cracked pipe work, so we can't fix something she did not pay for.again this is a total different problem she has, and needs additional work from a plumber it's inside the house, we work on the outside, foundation drain pipes and down spouts.There is not much we can do for her, for us to go and fix the hole she needs to pay us for the pipe work we did and the wall repair and it has to be in the morning not in the evening.
