Review: To Denim Stars [redacted] Phone ###-###-####I original bought a North Face Jacket from Denim Stars back in July 2013 for Christmas gift. In November 2013 I went to wrap the jacket and noticed the jacket was going to be too small. So I returned the jacket to Denim Stars to exchange the jacket for a larger jacket. I mailed the package back to Denim Starts on November **, 2013 and Denim Stars received the jacket on December *, 2013. But every time I called Denim Stars they stated they did not ever received the jacket. All I wanted is to exchange the jacket for a larger one.So I had to get UPS involved to track the package to make sure that Denim Stars received the package. And I have the paper work from UPS that shows who signed for the package at Denim Stars. In the mean time I had to order another North Face jacket from Denim Stars to replace the smaller one. I ordered and paid for the new jacket on December **, 2013 Because I had to have it for a Christmas gift. I received that one!!! I have called Denim Stars about 10 times. They will not help on this issue. All I want at this time is for Denim Stars to send me another North Face Jacket at no charge!!! They will not talk to me or they will put me on HOLD until I hang up from them.All I want is a replacement North Face Denali Fleece JacketMens - XL Navy Blue I have the tracking number [redacted]And I have all the paper work to back up everything!!! I called Denim Stars again on Jan *, 3014 and they stated they would send me a jacket in the mail. I still have not received the jacket!!!Desired Settlement: All I want at this time is for Denim Stars to send me another North Face Jacket at no charge or credit my account!!! They will not talk to me or they will put me on HOLD until I hang up from them. All I want is a replacement North Face Denali Fleece Jacket no hood Mens - XL Navy Blue I have the tracking number [redacted] I have all the paper work for back up. ALL I WANT IS A CREDIT OR A NORTH FACE DENLIA NO HOODED JACKET SENT BACK TO ME!!!
