I am a repeat customer and I went in to buy a brand new Ranger RoverI didn't ask for a penny off their carI just wanted average trade in value for my which is between $112,000-$114,according to all guides, the internet and multiple dealers (including one of their other stores they own) The salesman comes back to me and offers me **$99,[redacted] via his Used Car Manager [redacted] Not his fault he's just a salesman who doesn't determine valuesI thought it was a joke so I laughedHe told me with a straight face that he is sorry about the trade value and that his used car manager does this all the time because he is "scared" of high dollar carsHIS OWN PRODUCT!!! Of course I was angry and leftThe new car manager calls me and says he is also sorry and he has lost multiple clients because of appraisals on trade ins from [redacted]  He then said he would work on itCalled me back and bumped from $99,to $105,Still $8,away from valueThey then had the audacity to ask me to call around and sell my own carI called the owner Mr CavenderHe tells me he will work on it and then calls me back and said he will go up to $107,and he was sorry if that wasn't enoughI am not ignorant when it comes to trade in valuesI know what to expect and Im not the one thinking my car is gold but they jumped from $99,to $105,to $107,in the matter of a few hoursI went to their sister store who offered me $111,Even though thats still a little bit shy at least im not $15,away and working with a dealer who is scared of their own productMaybe these guys are going out of business or are running low on moneyNevertheless there is a new Land Rover store opening in Boerne soon and I am 100% positive that they will take the majority of This store's clientsFor the longest time they had no competition so they did what they wantedThen another store opened up a couple cities over and started taking their clients and even offering free trailering car services to get new cars sold to San Antonio without putting miles on themNow theres going to be a third competitor in the area and well see if these guys stay in business much longerBut then again, with the bid I got for my car they probably are already running low on moneyI have a picture of their appraisal, along with a copy from one I had at Carmax, NADA values, Kelly Blue Book values and Black Book valuesOVER $12,APART FROM THEIRS!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
