Mel, from Loewen, was on time and was very pleasant. He did and FANTASTIC job on our heavily trafficked and soiled carpets. He took extra time and attention on carpet stains, especially on the stairs. The carpet is 13 years old and hasn't looked this great in a number of years. Thank you!
