I am responding in reference to the letter I have received from Mrs* *** *** We are insured and bonded we have heard from Detective *** and he has our employees phone numbers and all information that he will need to investigate this matter. We did contact
Mrs*** on Monday when we returned back to the office. Her cleaning was done on Friday May 29, and we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Mrs*** did set up on a week rotation with our companyWe do all phone confirmations the day before our cleaning and did receive a voice mail at the time of confirmationOur crew arrived on the day of her scheduled cleaning and Mr*** let our crew in for there scheduled cleaning. Mrs*** asked for my crew names and information, I then told Mrs*** that I am not at liberty to give her that informationI did express my apologies and that we would be very glad to speak with the police department regarding this matter. Detective *** has been in close contact with our office and is handling this in his most timely matterWe have been in contact with Mrs. *** in regards to the calls and updates with the detective . The crew that did clean for Mrs*** has been with my company for approximately years. There has never been a report of anything missing with the crew that cleaned for her. I have been in business since in all the years of business we have never had an incident reported to us . My business reputation is a very important matter and would like you to take in consideration that Denise and Company Cleaning has cooperated with all aspects to these allegations. Wow that is quite a response from some third person I never interacted with. As you read thru response, the writer never identifies themselves. However, they seem to know all the details without ever speaking to me.  Additionally, to slander me in such a way temps me to involve my Attorney. They claimed I am a person of questionable character who premeditated this whole thing. that I along with my family were Liars   but their Non English Speaking employees ( hopefully legal ) were above reproach.Never dealt with a business like this ever.    That is probably the owner writing the response the same owner that did not even bother to return my call. I wasn't using profanity and why would I say something inappropriate about my now Ex wife to someone I have never even met.     Bottom line I called right after the ladies left. I had been distracted by the glaring items they missed upstairs and had to get them back in the house to address items  I must have missed the damage on blinds as they were back to me as I walked the ladies out to their vehicle and tipped them . However when I walked back in the the blinds cannot bemissed as they run along the whole back window.      Just a side note here. I took video, called immediately and accepted their word I would get a return call  Monday. No-one from Denise's called me or was going to according to Manager. I hadto track them down and they were No longer cordial it was a Battle  me a liar and declared case closed.

Hello. This is a response to a complaint made by Mr. [redacted] complaint id# [redacted]   We believe this complaint to be unjustified.   The customer contacted our office initially after being referred by another local cleaning agency that had no...

availability. We happened to have an opening for the following day and offered it to him. After hearing what the fee was for cleaning he declined the appointment stating that he was not willing to pay the fee because he was having the home cleaned for his ex wife who got the home in their divorce settlement. He used profanity when speaking about his ex wife and let the office attendant who he spoke to know that his bathrooms were filthy and would need a good amount of work.   Mr. [redacted] then called back to ask if the offered appointment was still available, it was so he booked the cleaning.   The cleaning crew arrived at his home, completed the job, were paid and given an additional tip by Mr. [redacted].( a job we assumed was well done due to the tip)   Mr. [redacted] then contacted our office, and sent a video via text of his window blinds that he claims were bent during the cleaning.   The blinds in his home are all metal. The video clearly shows damage to the blinds, however when we spoke to the cleaning crew that preformed the work in his home  they denied that they had done the damage, stating that it was there prior to the cleaning.   The crew that was dispatched to his home have been with us for several years and are known to be honest.   We do have insurance to cover any damages that may accidentally occur in a customers home, and there is no penalty assigned to the cleaning crew for accidental damage, so there is no reason for them to be dishonest regarding a claim.   We have denied this claim because of the cleaning ladies statement of prior damage, and the customers request to be reimbursed the full amount of the cleaning to compensate him for the blinds. He also sent several threatening/ rude text messages to the phone number given to him to send his video to.   We believe in all honesty that this claim was made bogusly by Mr. [redacted] with the intent to reimburse himself for a cleaning he never desired to pay for. Hello I am working on this matter with the Fort Worth police department.   I feel that we are going through the proper channels for all of our customers to feel secure.  However our insurance policy states that they must be convicted of a crime before they will pay for a claim. I've been in business since 1998, and never have had any type of theft.  My apology to The Porter family and hope they understand we have co operated with all the proper channels of the insurance policies.   Sincerely , [redacted] -- Denise and Company Cleaning 8876 Trace Ridge Parkway Keller, TX 76244
