Denisimo Photography

Review: I contracted with Denisimo Photography to photograph, create a hard copy photograph album and video my son's Bar Mitzvah. The Bar Mitzvah was in December of 2011. I have yet to receive the hard copy photograph album.It has been 2 1/2 years since my son's Bar Mitzvah. It is completely unacceptable that it has taken this long. I have tried to resolve this but keep getting answers that it will be another few weeks. It is now 2 1/2 years.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of what I paid for the album plus compensation for the distress it has caused my family and any additional cost that I have to pay to go somewhere else to have this album made at this point which will take a lot of time and effort.

As you may know that in a photography business there can be a lot of back and forth during the album production period. In this case the original album was design back for the client back in the summer of 2011. Since then we have been going back and forth with revisions with the client. There were a lot of changes requested by the client to be made on their album. It is very easy to say that their event occurred 2 1/2 years ago with out acknowledging the fact that we have been working on the album all along. I have full proof of all email correspondence with the [redacted] family during this album production process. We have come to an end of this where we have all the information for their album to be physically printed and bound. Which is the last and final step.
