Review: I am a customer who pays for parking at the [redacted] for myself and four employees each month. I have been treated very poorly by the staff at Denison Parking, who do not speak English and who keep changing the rules of the garage. They shut off our cards and advise us after the fact of billing issues (and they are often incorrect). They change which exit we need to use and do not advise us. One day they tell us we can't take cards from the machine any more or they will lock our cards and we can not exit. I have asked for the owner to call me. No calls have been returned for over four months now. I have called Denison National headquarters to no avail. My billing statement is always incorrect with names and address of my employees. My cards are shut off without notice. I requested over ten times to have the owners call me (in writing and I have proof). I am an attorney. They do not care. No one ever calls me back. There is no accountability. Even the [redacted], [redacted], has no accountability and does not care about his clients. I have expressed that I will take my business elsewhere, he does not care. I think the way they treat clients is truly horrible and that better practice and policies must be put in place. A [redacted] who actually returns phone calls and complaints must be hired. There must be accountability and customer service!Desired Settlement: I would like the Owner to call me. I would like to see the [redacted] fired or disciplined for his conduct. I do not believe he ever told the Owner I even called all of these times. This is unacceptable.
