I have a complaint against the cdd in Milford. The center for children with development disabilities. Had horrid experience last week with a person named Dana . She was trying to belittle me by not getting me interpreter for my daughter's speech evaluation tmw. We made the appt 2 months ago and she wItex until last week Tuesday and she couldn't get one. I said why did u waited 2 months to let me know. We were waiting for it. She said can your husband come with. I said no. He had to work. Then it was all downhill. I lost sleep and anger rises. 3 days later another person Lisa came into the picture saying they had to shake up the place and re overhaul the office. I didn't even know what the hell was going on. Then few hours later on Friday afternoon. Got an interpreter. Then came in today assuming it was today. Clearly it was tmw. Can't blame me. I was very stressed and angry at them so it was difficult to get over the chaos they put me thru. Then the receptionist asked " is the glasses real". (my daughter is 3 and she wears a pink glasses. And yes they are real. She has vision problems.) She has no business asking me these questions. I wouldn't go after people saying." Oh are you pregnant or ur just fat?" They need special training on their office manners. And learn to mind their own business. Who cares if Piper is wearing glasses. But don't assume I mind these stupid inbred questions. It was inappropriate to begin with and if u work in a building with children with development disabilities. Shut up and respect them. After the evaluation. We are not even going to co sider this place for Piper if she needs help. We are going elsewhere. Thanks for ruining it. They get my zero stars and poor reviews.
