Review: I hired [redacted] of Dennis Auction Service, out of New Jersey, to clean and clear my property in Long Island after collecting and auctioning 80% of its contents. This was just over one month ago. They were to either pay me $4500 for just the contents or pay me $1000 or $2000 to sweep clean the house. They paid me $1000 and promised to clean sweep the house. This house has been in contract for sale for over two weeks and[redacted] keeps promising to complete the job ASAP. I turn to you to help resolve this issue. I would now choose to collect the balance of $3500 for the contents that he removed three weeks ago. I cannot hold up the sale of my house any longer!Desired Settlement: Pay me $3500 in addition to $1000 already received or have a dumpster outside my house immediately to prove intent to complete service

Review: We provided Dennis Auction with 20 lots of items for sal on June 4th 2014 for auction on June 13th 2014. They sold sold 10 lots on June 13th and provided a check for the amount on July 18th. They sold 9 items on june 27th and provided a check on July 18th 2014.

However after calling many times regarding the last item to be sold we were told it was sold in Aug and we would receive a check for it during the first two weeks of Sept.. As of this date Seppt 21 2014 we still do not have a check for the last item.

It is listed on their initial list as A Picture With Nudes.Desired Settlement: We want a check for the sale of the final item ASAP
