We originally collected the 1st payment from Ms*** at the time of signing. We then received funding from Mazda Capital on her contract which included monies for her 1st payment. On August 4th we cut a check back to Mazda Capital on her behalf to cover the 1st payment
As
far as we are concerned the contract has been funded and both ourselves and the customer are whole

I called Dennis Dillon mazda and was told they would send me the money. I was the one who told then no you make my payment. If they can't make the payment why are they taking money?
