Horrible horrible horrible customer service! They WILL NOT service your RV unless you buy an overpriced RV from themTheir "front line" guys are rude, condescending and will waste your timeMy husband and I have been camping all our lives and have never dealt with an RV dealership like thisThe manager even told my husband that their service manager, Dave, is often rude and had to apologize for himDave committed to servicing our RV and then called the next day to tell us they'll tow it if we didn't remove it immediately from the lotNow at months pregnant we have to take off of work and drive all the way there again to pick up our RVI cannot emphasize how rude they all are!

Our customer has been contacted and we have agreed to his home and make sure the batteries in the trailer are in good working shape.  In addition, as GOODWILL we will replace the missing cord and provide GOODWILL compensation for problems.

My husband and I purchased a new Lance travel trailer from Dennis Dillon. We are very pleased with the trailer; the service/ warranty department is less than satisfactory.
Last year, we traveled to Alaska and chipped the sink and broke a knob off the stove. We paid for these items, and the cost for installation. Those repairs took them about 2 months to fix.
In the meantime, we've used the trailer only occasionally, but noticed that there was a crack in the formica countertop, beginning and ending under the sink they replaced.
As soon as we noticed it, took it back to DD, and the service writer agreed that yes, it looks like that damage took place during the sink replacement. It took them a month to decide that they would do anything to "fix" the damage.
We picked the trailer up, and honestly the "fix" looks like we could have repaired it to a greater satisfaction with a tube of superglue. If anything, it is more noticeable than before! Not only that, they decided to "split" the cost with us. After we had to split the cost for their damage, I would NEVER recommend this service department.
If I could have give less than 1 star for service, I would have!

Dave committed to servicing our RV and then called the next day to tell us they'll tow it if we didn't remove it immediately from the lot. Now at 9.5 months pregnant we have to take off of work and drive all the way there again to pick up our RV. I cannot emphasize how rude they all are!

Good Morning,
sans-serif;">                    this trailer was perchase before I started with DDRV.what I do know is that I sent out technician 2  different times.The first time that I sent a tech to his trailer he was complaining about
a propane leak I rushed a technician to him to inspect for leak ,tech performed a manometer test
which will tell if theres a leak.manometer was performed 3 times with Mr Perron standing next to tech and tech explained to him that test isnt dropping pressure which means theres no leak. 
                   The 2nd time that we sent technician out was for roof a/c (rear)leaking. tech inspected found that drain holes was clogged causing ac to drip.customer also complain that roof ac was cycling to often.tech check out system found that where thermostat is locate compared to roof a/c was about a 2/3 of the way towards front of trailer .theres several people living in trailer and open/closing door will drop temp at front of trailer and also the door for privacy is closed causing a drop in temp which in return will cause a/c to cycle.a/c is installed to factory spects.
                   The customer also complained about a sewer odor in trailer tech installed chemicals in tank and explained to keep valve closed while hooked to sewer.also that one of the cabinet doors has a knott in the wood this is normal and not causing any issues with cabinet door.theres a damage drawer which was most likely caused by operator error.(brought slideout with drawer extended?) both the the door and drawer is on order.takes about 6-8 weeks.
                    On October 7th customer called saying that his microwave doent work Iopen an repaoir order got authorization for replacement just received microwave 10/21/15parts called and left message.
                     I feel that we at  DDRV went above and beyond to help this customer we dont usually sent technicians on house calls due to all parts and tools are located at shop.sorry that parts has take so long but there is a procedure that we have to follow.
