This is in response to the complaint by one of our former clientsI remember this patient because I personally call and speak to each and every dissatisfied customer (patient) and we have very few patients that are unhappyMy resolution was to fully refund the patient filing this complaint
regardless of the partial services renderedBecause she complained about someone being rude to her over the phone and was unable to give me a name, I gave an additional dollars in a facial acne product for her troubleFollowing the phone called I made our manager aware of the incident and called for a meeting with the staff on patient courtesyI as an owner , do not tolerate any rudness to any of our patientsI encourage smiles and politeness in each and every one of our employeesSince we no longer offer laser hair removal , we give the patient or customer two optionsA refund or an in store credit at percent off to stretch the refund to the fullest possibleI am assuming that this complaint was filed prior to the patient filing the complain spoke to me because I fully remember the patient filing this complaint hanging up the phone happy with the way I resolved this issueThank you for bringing this complaint to my attention and I am very interested in supporting the Revdex.com in any way possiblePlease feel free to call me at ***Sincerely
