I am writing in response to a complaint filed on my business, Las Vegas Costuming Supplies. Id # ***
This customer was issued a refund on 10/12/( after refund issued, complaint filed)
My father suffered a massive heart attack on 9/28/and died on 10/3/14. I have been
dealing with his time in the hospital
and death. I have now been dealing with all of his estate matters since thenThis is my first day back at home in my office to start getting
back to my day to day affairs
Im very saddened when a customer contacts the Revdex.com and does not understand that with transactions being done on a credit card,
a dispute can be initiated by the customer anytime they are unsatisfied with a product or service. Consumer education is key

I apologize for your problems you are having. The wheat seed you are disputing has a professional germination rate of 92%, tested on 10/13. So the product can not be faulty.
I received one email from [redacted]@gmail.com, sent on 03/26/14,...

"Do you send a notification when something has been shipped?" Replied by me on 03/27/14, "yes". That is the only communication that I can see in my email. Checked everywhere. So I apologize that we never responded to your complaint but I had nothing to respond to.

AFTER CALLING ENTERPRISE ON [redacted] HWY AND THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO, I CALLED THE ENTERPRISE ON [redacted] ROAD IN [redacted], SC.  REMEMBERING THAT ROBERT FROM [redacted] HWY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY COULD DO AND KENDRA SAID THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO...

CALL THE OTHER BRANCH TO SEE IF THEY CAN LOCATE ME A VEHICLE, I STILL WANTED TO FIND OUT THE ANSWER ON MY OWN.  LUCKILY I DID THAT.... I SPOKE WITH [redacted] WHO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! HE WAS WONDERFUL!  THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOTHING AS I HAD EXPERIENCED AT THE OTHER BRANCH.  HE STATED THAT THEY HAD ABOUT 3-4 VEHICLES AVAILABLE AND I COULD HAVE ONE.  I CALLED AT 3:30PM AND HE WAS AT MY JOB AT 4PM AS I REQUESTED.  I WAS STILL UPSET AT THE FACT THAT THE OTHER STORE TREATED ME SO POORLY.  THE MANAGER AT [redacted] HWY BRANCH STATED THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BACK TO GET A VEHICLE ABOUT 5:30 OR 6PM BUT I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP OR AN APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVINENCE.  EVEN THOUGH [redacted] WAS WONDERFUL AND A LIFESAVER, I LOOK AT THE COMPANY DIFFERENT AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH [redacted] HWY BRANCH AGAIN.   I WOULD LIKE TO GET A DISCOUNT ON THE RENTAL THAT I AM PAYING FOR BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM AND I AM IN AN SUV.
