Review: On November 9, 2013, [redacted] and his wife, [redacted], came to my house on [redacted] and cut down my black walnut tree. We had a good faith agreement that he would pay me $200 for the tree in two weeks once the buyer had paid him. He said he had a partial load in Meadville that he would load my logs onto. He also cut down 3 of my neighbor's black walnuts that same day. He has refused to pay us and has promised on many occasion to come by here with cash but has not. Since then, he refuses to answer his phone calls or return phone calls. We consider this theft by deception.Desired Settlement: I would like my $200 that this man promised to pay. I also have a voice mail recording from him promising to come by my house several weeks ago to pay in cash. He has not done so.
