Dennis Imber Towing

Review: My vehicle was parked in front of my house and it was towed without any notice, we thought the car was stolen and reported it stolen to the police. After our insurance company did their investigation that is how we found out our vehicle was towed and charges have been hiked up each day at $30/per day, I'm sure they don't tell you about the tow so they can continue to collect money each day until someone can't afford to get their car out and they get to keep it. Had I known I would have gotten it out the same day but oh no, an extra $400 to just give away because you didn't know where your car was. Then they close at 4:30 before everyday working people get off work which is normally 5 so people can't make it down there and they get to collect another days charges, they are not open on weekends so this is totally unfair and very scam oriented.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for a full or partial refund and for the practices to be changed. There should be some form of notice issued to the person/owner left. They should stay open till at least 6 or 7pm harworking people to be able to make it down there to pay it.
