I called and spoke with [redacted] about making a new appointment. I was excited since it seemed like a small practice and the type of place I was looking for. I explained what I was looking for and was assured that it was a good fit. She asked for my number and email address as part of the typical new patient info. I asked her about the quantity of the calls since I don't need lots of calls coming to my phone that I use at work. The same goes for email. I explained to her that I have a junk email and a work/personal business e-mail. One I check weekly, the other immediately. She said the calls and email wouldn't be often at all. So I gave her my info. Then she told me I would have to fill out the "paperwork" on their site.

We finished the call and I tried to log on their site. I had to jump through hoops to be able to log on. I had to call back and found out that I had been given the wrong password. So after a few more hoops, I was able to log on. It took about an hour for the entire process starting from the original phone call. So about an hour later my phone and email start blowing up. Luckily, I was off that day. But after I had explained that I didn't want lots of calls or emails, that wasn't a very good impression.

A few mornings later at 4:30a they contacted me. Yes, you read that right, 4:30am! I was furious. That is not how a patient/customer is treated. So I called them and left a message telling them to cancel my appointment and that I don't want to be a patient of theirs. Later that day I get several calls in a row from them...just letting me know they canceled my appointment. I couldn't answer immediately because I was at work with a patient. So I finally was able to answer to find out that they were making excuses to continue to harass. It was [redacted] who called, so I informed her that I would call the police and have them charged with harassing calls if they called or contacted me again.
