I called and spoke with [redacted] about making a new appointmentI was excited since it seemed like a small practice and the type of place I was looking forI explained what I was looking for and was assured that it was a good fitShe asked for my number and email address as part of the typical new patient infoI asked her about the quantity of the calls since I don't need lots of calls coming to my phone that I use at workThe same goes for emailI explained to her that I have a junk email and a work/personal business e-mailOne I check weekly, the other immediatelyShe said the calls and email wouldn't be often at allSo I gave her my infoThen she told me I would have to fill out the "paperwork" on their site We finished the call and I tried to log on their siteI had to jump through hoops to be able to log onI had to call back and found out that I had been given the wrong passwordSo after a few more hoops, I was able to log onIt took about an hour for the entire process starting from the original phone callSo about an hour later my phone and email start blowing upLuckily, I was off that dayBut after I had explained that I didn't want lots of calls or emails, that wasn't a very good impression A few mornings later at 4:30a they contacted meYes, you read that right, 4:30am! I was furiousThat is not how a patient/customer is treatedSo I called them and left a message telling them to cancel my appointment and that I don't want to be a patient of theirsLater that day I get several calls in a row from them...just letting me know they canceled my appointmentI couldn't answer immediately because I was at work with a patientSo I finally was able to answer to find out that they were making excuses to continue to harassIt was [redacted] who called, so I informed her that I would call the police and have them charged with harassing calls if they called or contacted me again
