I recently purchased a home renovated and owned by Mr. [redacted]. Prior to purchasing this home which is located in a 55 + community, I had a home inspection. There were a list of things found that needed repair ,the biggest ones being a leak in the sprinkler system and a sewage line clog. [redacted] provided me with a list of things that he supposedly fixed or promised he would. After moving into my new home, my toilets and shower started backing up and my jet tub was draining very slowly. I called a plummer and the sewer, was backed up all the way to the street. I also was told that my sprinkler system was not connected to my well, as it was supposed to be but to the city water line. I shut the sprinklers off and when I got my first bill from united water, my usuage showed 40,000 gallons use for less than 30 days and I got a $300 bill. They told me the previous bills were double that while the house was on the market. The leak was never fixed. In addition, the window knobs started falling off when I opened the windows, my ceiling fan in the bedroom makes a clicking noise, which the inspector said should be fixed and my neighbor observed one of [redacted] workers backing into my garage door which I have problems with. I wont go into the rest, but after I tried to contact [redacted] thru his broker, I was told to contact mine. And when she attempted to contact him she was ignored. Im on a fixed income like most of the residents in this community and cannot afford to deal with dis honest contractors.

We had a horrible experience with this contractor! Their floor sub contractor is horrible (friends flooring is the name of floor company) and they do not take responsibility for it. After spending lots and lots of money my house is not even close to the way I wanted it! They are very unprofessional and don't stand by their word. Don't use them!!
