Hired Septic Solutions to drain our septic system, They performed that service on 6/3/17, They performed that service and indicated our motor was not workingDiscussed ordering a new motor and two lids and was asked to wait a week to order as the owner was on vacationCalled back and ordered new motor and lidsNew motor arrived on 6/20/Paid for motor and lidsA few weeks later in early July we received two lids but not the two we orderedOne was correct, the other was notWere informed we would not be charged for their mistake and would receive the correct lidWe have since not received the lid we ordered despite three callsHave been given different information each time regarding the lid and have received assurances it would be installed that weekIt has been over two months at this point which is excessive

I paid Septic Solutions to correct a problem with our leech lines connected to our septic system After he finished the job the first time he had to come back out a second time to correct his work because we still had the exact same problem with the leech lines I contacted him through text to let him know that did not work either and it is still doing the same thing We paid him to correct a problem with the leech lines leeching above the ground and $later they are still doing exactly what he came out to correct

I was shocked to realize that my local *** septic place closed downI searched close places and saw Septic Solutions of Batavia had a A+ Revdex.com rating with no complaints and decided to give them a tryThese guys came all the way to ***, analyzed everything, and gave me a total price before doing anythingThey actually diagnosed the problem, replaced my d-box, and vacuumed my leach lines and the line from the tank to the d-box instead of just pumping the tank and leaving like the others that I have usedIt is a local company so they are able to keep the prices reasonableThe owner himself is one of the ones that comes to do work and is a friendly guy who explains how everything worksA++ Highly RecommendYou will not be sorry :)

I paid this company, full price, which was a BIG mistake!! They were to dig a trench further away from my septic system so it would not floodThey dug the new trench but have NEVER returned to finish the workThey were to return to remove the roots they dug up and flatten out the new trench soil and put down grass seed and strawI have called them over times to come back and I always get an excuse o why they can NOT come backNOW.....they do not answer my phone callsi am lost in what I can now doI live in a HICK town and people here suck!!!!!
