Several of our technicians inspected the returned tire and determined it was ran under-inflated. We will send the tire back to the customer to deal with Metzeler directly

This order is back from May. Exhaust was clearly used. See attached photoCredit card dispute was settled

Muffler had been ran so therefore cannot be returned. Customer did a charge back through his credit card and was fully refunded by them

Regarding the matter of complaint by [redacted].  [redacted] placed an order with our company on July 17th, 2016 at 6:50PM.  The order was for part number 51-8643 Moose Bottom Plow Mount.  He received the package on July 20th, 2016 at 3:24PM.  He called our company on the evening of...

July 21st and was upset saying there was hardware missing from his order.  He talked to a customer service rep and was told that we would contact the manufacturer to get his hardware shipped to him.  We contacted the mfr. via email that evening. The following day we received an email back from the manufacturer, stating that the hardware was no longer included with that part.  We relayed this to [redacted] and explained that we do not offer the hardware separately.  We offered for him to return the part he received for a full refund.  [redacted] did not like our answer and has since contacted his lawyer, the attorney general and you the Revdex.com.  We unfortunately do not have the pieces he wants.  He is still welcome to return his original purchase for a full refund like we originally suggested.

I am rejecting this response because:
They told me when they called me it hit something now they claim ran under...

inflated. So now there is 2 stories and since when does and supplier have techs when all they do is sell. They are the metzller dealer I have to deal with because they sold the tire manufacturer does not deal with the public. Having 2 stories now I would say they are looking for away out of it because they have no intention of being responsible for what the sale.

Customer placed her order thru our website on a holiday weekend and was contacted on the next available working day that the item she had ordered was a "special order" item as stated on our website, and to allow an additional 3-4 days time for...

this delivery, plus she was ordering this thru FedEx Expedited shipping which would not have a guaranteed date because of the delay and we could not give her an exact amount for the shipping cost as this was a new item that we had never stocked before and therefore, did not have a weight on this item to determine the shipping. After we received this item in stock and informed her of the shipping charge based on the weight of this item, she refused to pay any additional charge and her order was then cancelled and her PayPal account was then refunded in full.

shipped it back to Dennis Kirk. When they received it they called me and asked me why I sent it back, I explained and the woman on the phone said no refunds on Mac exhaust. I asked for a manager. The customer service manager came on and was already briefed on the subject obviously and wouldn't let me get a word in on the phone and he said they wont accept any returns on any Mac exhaust and then said he would fight any dispute that I might open against them and then hung up. He was a bully and treated me totally unfairly. If Revdex.com cannot stand up against Dennis Kirk's customer service then this manager man will continue to do this to others. Also I am out of my money they didn't tell you truthfully, and they told me they disposed of my exhaust that I returned. This is not a way to treat a paying customer, please help me all I want is my refund.

As with the majority of warranty issues, the determination is made by the manufacturer of the item not by the retail seller.  The tires were purchased well over a year ago and unfortunately Dennis Kirk does not have the liberty of making a warranty decision.  We have sent the tires to the...
