We have reviewed the circumstances surrounding this complaint and feel as though this customer obviously did not appreciate our services from the very beginning of our encounter with them.We have been in business for Years & pride ourselves on good service relations and have never received a
complaint of this nature.The person making the complaint has made a lot of allegations & accusations which we feel are unfoundedThere is a lack of understanding on the customers part as to how we arrived at the charges in the complaintI tried to explain our business background and how our charges are tabulated during a phone call but the customer hung up in mid conversation.We think it best to remedy this situation by issuing a full refund of the charges ($156.47) without any further dispute on our part, so that we can move on to serving our regular customers that do appreciate our service.We will issue a check for $to the person that had originally called us & made payment.Sincerely,Dennis LBoyer
