I bought an extended warranty and they told me it was for up to 100,miles on the vehicle or years which ever came first, I paid dollars for this policyI had miles on the vehicle when I purchased it so I really could only get miles total and we discussed this when I purchased the policyI recently had an issue with the vehicle, and I have miles on the car, I took out the policy and it only had down milesI feel they falsified this policy, why would anyone pay for only miles of warrantyI truly feel they lied and were dishonest with me

I bought a car from paddock within months the car broke up and was a from a previous issue the dealership knew aboutThey didn't not want to take the car back and refund meEarlier the same day I took the car in and asked for a different car that same night if broke down on me and they would no longer take the car back as refund

Approximately year ago my fiancee and I leased a Chevy Traverse from PaddockDuring the financing portion of the sales process, when we were brought in to the finance manager's office, it was explained to us that GM has a credit card called the GM BuyPower Card and by purchasing the car we would be eligible for a promotional offer on the card and collect loyalty points or something similarBut we both definitively stated that we did NOT want to sign up for the card and that we were not interestedNearly a year later, I received a new privacy agreement document from CapitalOne (the company who issues the GM card)I thought that was very strange since I do not have a CapitalOne cardSo I looked at my credit report and to my surprise found that Paddock had gone ahead and signed me up for the card anyway and it has been active ever since without my knowledgeThe same thing happened to my fianceeI am extremely agitated and had an uneasy feeling about the entire financing proc

I purchased a vehicle (Chevy Malibu) from Paddock on 5/22/I went to trade in the vehicle, after encountering numerous issues with the aforementioned vehicle, on 8/14/It was at the dealership *** *** where I was informed that the Chevy Malibu had been in a motor accident on 12/11/This was several months prior to me owning the Chevy MalibuNone of this information regarding the accident was disclosed to me by Paddock Chevrolet when I had purchased the MalibuThis particular incident was also omitted on the Carfax report given to me by Paddock for the MalibuI received a Carfax from *** *** indicating that the motor vehicle accident occurredThis incident severely impacted the value of the Chevy Malibu, which I had purchased for $16,000, bringing in down to only $in travalue

I bought a Chevy Colorado from PaddockFor the first time in this vehicle, I ran over an air pressure gauge cause the tire to completely deflateI have the tire protection warranty through Paddock, which they confirmed when I called them"Julio" told me that the tow truck bill, from my house to Paddock, was part of the warranty and covered by themI am receiving phone calls from the tow company asking for the money because Paddock won't cover itI've called Paddock times in the past days to try and sort this out, with no help

I feel like the company did a bait and switch on meI was told a certain amount of money was needed down, and I was given documentation that states that same amount of money, but was contacted the next day and told that more money down was neededI signed paperwork for the vehicle as well; the car fax, as well as what my monthly payment would be, interest rate, and loan terms

I went in with my elderly mother to purchase a brand new vehicle and I was lied to numerous times throughout the sales process To the point I actually called the sales person Jeff out on the issues We verbally agreed to the sale of a *** *** *** *** When I sat down with the finance guy he told me I was purchasing a *** ** *** When I attempted to take delivery of the vehicle, they switched it out to a ** *** *** I feel baited and switched after they lied throughout the process I feel I was taken advantage of because AI am a woman, and Bbecause they were selling to an elderly woman

My vehicle was brought to the service department my a mechanic I was referred toI was told that the issues with my vehicle were covered by recallI received a phone call from an Aubrey telling me that it was not covered by the recall and that my estimate was over dollarsAfter going back and forth for a half hour, I said I would not accept that and wanted my carShe then told me I owed almost dollars for a diagnostic test and a toe into the garageI never consented to a diagnostic test or a towThe mechanic and the dealership baited me in to taking my vehicle there with no mention of any charge, as I was told it was covered under warranty and recallI was told "it's not leaving until I get my money" and to take it up with the mechanic who brought it thereNo one should be able to consent for any work being done to my vehicle without my consent

This is the second time in two years that I've seen an advertisement by Paddock Chevrolet, and gone to their store, unsuccessfully trying to purchase a vehicle at their advertised price Today it was a Silverado lease advertised at $199/month for months at 10k miles per year for a door all star package LT model The salesman told me immediately that they no longer have any of the vehicles left in stock that qualify for the advertised discount, however when I sat down with him we were able to find more than in inventory that fit the description exactly as advertised, 'Silverado LT Double Door All Star 4xMRSP $42,175', including one that I was interested in He went on to tell me that they've had many people like me come into the dealership, from as far as Fredonia, to take advantage of this deal and that I was not the only customer disappointed Then of course he tried to engage me in the sales process making sure that I knew the price would be higher than advertise

I had my vehicle towed to Paddock Cherolet on 12/27/after a tow truck driver and Firestone could get my vehicle started as neither one of my keys would turn the ignition (original or spare)I believed that it was either a computer issue, antitheft system issue or maybe even an issue with the ignitin control moduleOn 12/28/18, Paddock advised me that when they received my vehicle that my battery was dead and me key was bent and stuck in the ignitionMy key was not bent prior to my vehicle leaving my homeI can't say that Paddock bent my key as it was in the hands of tow truck drivers and Firestone before reaching their dealershipPaddock advised me that I needed a new battery (as mine was dead and they had to charge it but that it may not hold a charge), key and key fob as those (key and key fob) were now seperate pieces and no longer one piece and that the cost would be $Initially I agreed, however, my son advised that I did not need a batteryHe called Paddock back a

paddock performed warranty work on my equinox and as a result caused dollars worth of damage and would not take responsibility for it-they pulled my engine to fix rear main seal and when I got it back my starter fell out,a injector was crackedmy fuel line was leaking, and a air intake stud was broke not to mention the vehicle was covered in grease

When I went to Paddock Chevrolet, we discussed one vehicle, or so I thought, and I had no indication to think otherwiseUpon sitting down to go over final terms, Shane said he was double checking to make sure the vehicle was still available and then confirmed it wasAt the end of going over the figures, I was then told they no longer had that vehicle available, but that they did have another, more expensive model which was availableI was quite surprised, as the more-expensive model now being referred to was the model I was originally given information forI was told that it was a mistake and sometimes the computer generates the wrong linkEven if that were true, it still meant the vehicle Shane supposedly thought he sent information for, and which we had been discussing, was actually not available as I was told it was at the start of the transactionNeedless to say, I was not pleased at the attempted bait and switchI followed up with an email to both Shane and Darren but received no responseI have since taken my business elsewhere and will never recommend Paddock to others

We have had the most NEGATIVE experience there
Earlier this year we brought our *** in for a recall where there was a cracked pistonWe brought our car home to have it leak oil all over our driveway, which stained it pretty badWhile fixing the piston, they damaged something elseWe called and brought it in for them to repair again, brought it home, and once again it leaked oil all over the drivewayWe asked for them to help with the staining the first time around, they told us it was "our problem to fix"We brought it in this week for the oil issue again, they finally agreed to help with the oil stains - but it's taken so long, our driveway is permanently stained
We brought home our car yesterday after they claimed it was "fixed"We now have NO AIR CONDITIONING and the car stutters when you hit the gas sometimesLiterally every time we bring it in, we have a new problemThis car is two years oldIt should not have these problems
Today when I brought the

We purchased a car on March 4, and were set to pick it up in the evening of March 7, Around 1:30, I received a text message from Capital One stating that was pre approved for a "Buy Power Card"I deleted the message because I did not need a credit card and assumed it was junkCorey ***, our finance manager from Paddock called within minutes of receiving that message stating that he needed the authorization code on the messageI told him that I deleted it and he said he would send it againI haven't had an auto loan for the past years so I assumed this was for the car, seeing he said he needed it and we hadn't discussed anything besides an auto loanHe told me he would resend and we hung upHe then called my husband and requested his authorization code from the message that was sent to himHe assured my husband that he had just spoken to his wife and she needed to give him the code tooMy husband asked if it was for the car and he responded that it wasMy hus
