I hired Dennis Paul to renovate my apartmentThe project involved complete renovation of the bathroom and putting down new hardwood floorsHe charged me close to $to remove old floors, lay down new plywood and put down new solid hardwood floors(Material not included, he also charged me an additional $to pick up material from [redacted] ***, plus nails and other material which should have been included in the price) Dennis did not level the floors at all before laying down the new hardwood floorsSo the floors came out unevenI have an area that slopes down about 1"When I told him about it, he tried to fix it by shaving down a part of the floorInstead of trying to rise the lower partThis man clearly does not know what he is doingHe charges top dollars but gives you bad quality workNot only are the floors uneven but there are scratch marks all over the brand new floorsOn top of everything else when he removed the old base molding he damaged all the walls through out the apartmentForcing me to spend extra money on 7" molding Plus he charged me $to plaster the wall so it will be ready for me to paintHis definition of plastering the walls is covering a few nail holes and nothing else The painting he did in my bathroom was sloppy I would not recommend hiring this man to touch anything in your homeNot only does he do bad quality work but he is also very dishonest and untrust worthyHe will give you one price quote and than turn away and rise the price on you Please do not trust this personHe is just a bad human being!
