Review: TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY MOTHER ON REPAIRS TO A PLUMPING JOB. STARTED JOB, WOULD HAVE HER WRITE HIM A CHECK FOR MATERIALS X2, WOULD NOT SHOW UP WITH ANY MATERIALS, DID NO REPAIRS, THEN HAVE HER GIVE HIM MORE MONEY. AFTER CALLS BY HER DAUGHTER WERE UNSUCCESSFUL WAS FORCED TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO COMPLETE THE WORK WHICH TOOK 7 HOURS INCLUDING GOING FOR MATERIALS. HE STOLE A TOTAL OF $935.00,LEFT MY HANDICAPPED MOTHER WITH NO USE OF HER BATHTUB FOR 3 WEEKS, NEVER SAW ANY PURCHASED ITEMS AND WHEN ASKED FOR MONEY BACK HE HUNG UP ON ME.Desired Settlement: MY MOTHER SUFFERS FROM DEMENTIA AND HE WAS AWARE OF THIS. I WOULD TELL HIM TO CALL ME BEFORE HE DOES ANYTHING AND HE WOULD SHOW UP AT HER HOME KNOWING SHE WOULD NOT KNOW TO CALL ME AND I WOULD NOT KNOW HE WAS THERE UNTIL I SAW SHE WROTE HIM A CHECK FOR WORK HE NEVER DID,THIS HAPPENED 3X HE TOLD HER FOR MATERIALS,NEVER SAW A PIECE OF PIPE OR ANY FAUCET FOR HER BATHTUB. WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS.WANTED TO FILE CHARGES BUT MOTHER IS AFRAID OF WHAT HE MIGHT DO. PLEASE HELP

Review: after hiring 11/9/12 and paying [redacted] to fix my driveway it quickly returned to its pothole riddled state it was in before he did the work. I have been trying to get him to come back out and fix it from 2012 till now.the gentleman the [redacted] subcontracted to do the work on the driveway told me that [redacted] never told him to put drains in the driveway at the wet spots as stated in the signed contract that I got from [redacted]. He also told me that to fix the driveway with drains as stated in the contract it would cost $1500.00 that he would have to get paid from [redacted] before he did the work.I have called [redacted] on 5/31/14 and left him a voice mail telling him this but have not received a reply I have been trying to get this resolved for a year and a half now through texting,voice mails,and phone calls..he has promised from the beginning to come out and fix the problem but never has.Desired Settlement: I wont the work done right as stated in the signed contract or a refund for money paid for the work not done as per the contract
