To the best of knowledge this situation has been resolved I talked to the Father and he said it was not him that had made the complaint it was one of his son'sThe father had no problem

On Saturday May 6, 2016 we resolved my complaint. I am satisfied that this resolves my complaint.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,
[redacted]

Mr. [redacted] is a liar and a thief, the only truth in his statement is that he bought the Jeep on 4-18-16 and that the steering messed up two weeks later. Mr. [redacted] and his mother [redacted] came in and bought a $1000 Jeep that I told them that  I had bought the Jeep for offroad 4x4 purposes...

and was not a real nice vehicle hence the $1000 sales price., but that was all the money he had and was all he could afford, so he bought it AS-IS NO WARRANTY. A couple weeks later he call's and say's it won't turn, and ask's if he can have it towed up to us so we can look at it since we have a ASE certified service shop and see what's going on with it so I told him to get it up here and we will look at it and give him an estimate to have it repaired which he did, at no time did I say or imply that we would fix this for free. Once it was here we looked at and found the power steering gear box was broken at which time I called him and gave him two estimates for repair he could either buy a new gear box or used one from a salvage yard and told him what the cost would be both ways he ok'd doing the job with a used part because he didn't have the money to purchase a new one. Two days later when the salvage yard had the part off  I made a special trip to get the part so that we could get this fixed as quickly as possible because I knew this was his only transportation. We fix the Jeep and I call him to come to come get and now all of the sudden he doesn't have the money and ask's if he can pay it a week later when he get's paid I tell him no that's not how it works he knew what the costs would be all along, then out of the kindness of my heart and because we have done business with his family for years I offer to have him pay half the bill now and the other half Friday when he got paid, to which he agreed. Then later that night he comes and sneaks on to my property with a spare set of keys and steals the Jeep without paying for it. So the next morning I come to work and see the Jeep is missing, so I call Mr. [redacted] to find out if he had got it or it had been stolen, at which time he starts with some story about how he sent his brother up to get and  pay for the Jeep and he didn't know what was going at which time he told me he his brother would be up no later than 2:00 pm that day to settle up at which time I told him if he doesn't pay his bill by 2:00 pm I will be calling the cops, well at 2:05pm I call him one last time at which time he tell's me, He has already called the cop's and that this a civil matter not a criminal matter and that I will have to sue him. I call the cop's they come and take a report and they know who Mr. [redacted] is and he's known thief, the cop's call him while I was there and Mr. Lykin's tell's the cops this is a civil matter and they have no jurisdiction. So now we are out $270.00 for the repairs. As far as the his complaint this genius did all this with us still having the title to the Jeep in our name in which I still have and will keep until this matter is settled in a court of law or he pays his bill, whichever happens first. I bent over backwards trying to help this guy, made a special trip to get his used parts, only charged him probably half what some other shop's would have charged, and then he turns around and has the nerve to complain to you guy's. As Mr. [redacted] said this is a civil matter and this will be settled in the courts.
