We have tried to call regarding the above nameYou telephone lines have been down for days We received letters referencing Dennis Sweeney Painting and Staining You have sent these letters to the wrong Dennis Sweeney Yes, that is my husbands name but he does not do this kind of work Secondly, in the local paper we have seen an advertisement for MrSweeney, the painter You should check with the Little Egg Harbor Township for his correct address
I am rejecting this response because: Sweeney did come out and looked at it and agreed that he did it We waited weeks for his guy to look at it he never showed My husband told Sweeney we needed to have our sider repair to keep our warranty We even gave him our siders name and number because he asked for it Sweeney has been telling us for months he would send us money to pay for it and he never has If anyone is a liar he is I even spoke with Sweeney and he apologized and told me he was wrong and would send me out a check which he never did The last time I called he he told me I had no recourse because he did not give me permission to do anything Well I just got done paying for new siding and he ruined itHow long was I suppose to look at the damage We are victims of super storm sandy and have been trying to fix all the damage since the storm and the siding was one of the items If anything Sweeney has taken advantage of us
My guy not showing is a lieI told them he would look at it and fix it the following week Then *** calls me an tells me his guy fixed it $I was not given an opportunity to have a siding contractor look at it *** agreed to allow me to look at it and fix itMy good friend is a roofing contractor 25yrs in njI think what hapened is his guy just looked at it, fixed it and gave him a bill when *** had only asked him to look at itI never even had the oppirtunity to assess the damage, if there was anyThe fact that he states that my guy never showed is an out right lie.He got duped by HIS guy, and wants me to pay for it.
