This does not address any of the concerns that I laid out in my previous noteThis company was extremly rude and verbally assaulted me on the phoneThe owner used discriminatory language and called me an "Obama voting Liberal" of which has no place a professional conversationI do not trust this company in my home after being spoken to like this which is why I would not let them come back on SaturdayWe have waited after they laid the bait stations and continue to get mice because of the ongoing construction in the areaI have been very polite every time I have called but what I do not understand is why you would give a customer a waranty if you arent going to standby itI am still extremely apauled by my experiance with this company and they have not delivered on their services which I paid for

Sorry for the inconvenience. When we were there previously you agreed to give the chemicals 30 days to be fully effective. However you called back to us in only three days. We explained that the time required was to enable the rodents to have an opportunity to consume the baiting matrix and that the...

large rodent population there would diminish and then be eliminated. We also instructed that if entry points were sealed-the rodents would appear more frequently as they would be "trapped" inside the house. We serviced this address three different occasions with explicit instructions. We could not keep our appointment with you on 8/17/2017 and as a courtesy we called you very early in the morning. We would have given you an appointment within 24 hours or even on a Saturday at your convenience but you refused the schedule. With further discussion you told us five times in succession your issue which we already knew and your opinion was steadfast with no appreciable wiggle room to move forward.Additionally we did not utilize "bait traps". These are federal bait stations/locked and desirable for rodent feeding.You further never indicated to us of any foam sealants "dripping" on a floor.Our position is that we have now been to this property several times with no client appreciation or patience. Furthermore as you indicate in your complaint "you never had a rodent issue prior to the third floor tenant having one". How can this be? And now unusually you have a tremendous issue with rodents?Your difficulty to work with and to co-operate with is the issue.All the best.

In response to this client and his rejection of the facts: As can be seen by his written response the times and facts are simply not accurate and this client will continue to twist these to suit his way. Last service call he was extremely happy with the services and was instructed that this ongoing long standing large rodent issue will be eliminated but that calling every day would not speed up the natural process of the controls that are in place. This contrary to his written word that he "never had a prior issue with rodents"however suddenly they are out of control? Something is not right here.Client felt that dictating and complaining would somehow appease himself.We tried to work with this client to no avail. We will honor the warranty according to the instructions given here initially. He can make an appointment at any time. No problem here. He is hesitant to work with us also as far as a time window to arrive.. we offer only a two to three hour arrival window time that he will not co-operate with. We understand that people have busy schedules but it seems that he can make arrangements somehow to end this issue.Sincerely,DMPC. Inc.
