In response to this complaint I would like to apologize for the delayI was out of state on business and just returned today.It is stated in our contract that we are not responsible for any damages to property to access & install the wellI have attached a copy of the signed contact for your recordsHowever, we did contact a contractor, [redacted] , to get in touch with Ms [redacted] to have the damage repaired on the concrete that was cracked from our truckMr [redacted] Sr ( [redacted] ) did stop out at the property to evaluate the damage to do this repairI have put in another phone call to Mr [redacted] today, November 20th, to see when the repair will be doneI would like to get this matter resolved as soon as possible

I am rejecting this response because: I'd like to accept the response, but having only two options, I had to choose reject. I have no guarantee that the work will be completed and it's just the same responses I've gotten all along. So until the work is done or the quote/cost covered, I am still waiting for an appropriate solution
