I had a large vehicle towed from this company they quoted me one price and then when I meet them to pay for it the charges was alot more than quoted. They removed the drive shaft from my vehicle so they could tow it and would not reinstall the drive shaft. I had to call a real tow company that normal does my towing to hook the drive shaft back up which cost me more money. I would not use this company at all. I spoke to the owners wife and she was real short and refused to take care of the problem. They also charge drive time back to the shop which was never mentioned to me.
Review: After having the engine replaced in my truck, the steering is faulty, the brakes are faulty, and the ride was rough. I returned with my truck multiple times with complaints that my truck didn't steer or stop properly, and the ride was rough. I was told nothing was wrong with the brakes, even though they don't work like they did and that the ride was rough due to worn bushings. However, everything else functioned properly before the engine swap.Desired Settlement: I would like all my money back, minus the money for the replacement engine itself.

Response:
3/27/15 Broke down. Towed from Rest Area on 1-64 to diagnose “no start” Found fuel pressure line to pump loose, tightened and test drove3/30-4/23/15 Back in shop for no start issues. Scanned and ran compression check, found low
compression on cylinder #8. Truck needed new engine. Replaced engine with
Jasper certified engine. Replaced bad hub assembly on one wheel and one tire7/8/15 Back in shop with Fluid Leaking. Replaced power steering pump.9/22-9/28/15 In shop. Review: Brakes are soft and squeal some. Steering has some play in
it and something is dripping from oil drain plug. Found rips broken off of
tensioner; replaced tensioner and belt. Replaced washer on oil drain plug. Found
no problem with brakes, or steering. They are working as they should. He was
NOT charged for us checking his brakes and steering.Current Review: Steering is faulty, breaks are faulty.
Replacing the engine has nothing to do with steering and/or braking problems.
He indicated he returned multiple times, however, we have not had his truck in
the shop since September, 2015.We don’t have any record of worn bushing? He indicated
everything worked properly before the engine swap. Engine replaced in April and
he was in shop complaining about brakes, etc., in September. This is February,
anything could have caused problems in that amount of time.We performed the work as directly and should not owe him
anything back. Do not understand disputed amount.[redacted]
Review: I took my truck to Mr. Dennis on 10/2015 after my engine blew on my truck. After months of asking for quote Mr. Dennis gave me a price of 20000.00. I asked him to proceed with repairs. I kept following up with them to see if repairs where started or made. They kept blowing me off for months. I called upset and asked why are you not fixing my truck. Mr. Dennis then got rude and told me to come for get my [redacted] off his lot and gave me 3 days to get it. We are talking about a truck with a bad engine that cannot be easily moved. I paid a wrecker to take it to [redacted]. They had parts missing. A new hole in radiator and damage to the front of my truck when it got to them. He charged me 2000.00 to get my truck and all he did was take it apart. This vendor treated me unfairly and it should be know.
AndreDesired Settlement: Refund of 2000.00 charged for nothing done to truck.
