Review: In February 2013, Denny Plumbing came to repair clogged sewage drain from house. After many tries, unclogged roots from the drain. Mentioned to us that he had lost the "bit" from the end of his drain snake in the process. Charge: $290. A few months later, the same drain clogged again, causing damage inside the house. Different plumber ([redacted], Brideville, PA, [redacted]) was called. [redacted] used camera and found 6-foot-long drain snake left in pipe from Denny Plumbing was the source of the new clog! Removal of the snake required excavation of garage floor and replacement of pipes. Total cost: $7678. [redacted] documented the discovery and removal of the drain snake with notes, photo, and video.Desired Settlement: Requesting full refund of $290.00 from Denny Plumbing, given that his "repair" actually ended up costing us thousands of additional dollars in later plumbing work.
