For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I appreciate Pardee Homes prompt response The specific issue is a drawer that had multiple nails protruding to the surface of the face of the drawer The proper way to resolve such a defect was to replace the face plate on the drawer We were misled about a replacement and instead received back the same drawer with sanding done on the entire face of the drawer; as to hide the multiple nails protrusion For a few months, this bad repair did hide the defect temporarily However; recently the protrusion are now prominent again I was perplexed because I had thought that Pardee Homes had replaced the face plate on the drawer Upon closer inspection; it it now obvious that sanding of the entire face of the drawer damaged the original manufacturers vinyl wrapping on the face of the drawer I had previously attempted to go the Pardee Homes website to initiated a claim; but the website address that I had successfully used before is no longer valid.Again, I am requesting that Pardee Homes replace the faceplate on my drawer with a "new" faceplate from the original manufacturer.In the meantime, I will also attempt to email Pardee Homes with same request at the email provided in their response to my Revdex.com complaint.Regards,*** ***

A kitchen cabinet drawer still has cosmetic blemishes that required replacement. We were misled that the drawer was replaced. Instead a repair was does to hide the cosmetic blemishes. Now however, the same blemishes can be seen again. Closer inspection revealed that the entire front face of the drawer was sanded to hide the blemish. This drawer was originally manufactured with a vinyl wrapping for protection against stains and to maintain smooth finish. Because of the sanding during the repair, the vinyl wrapping has been destroyed. The drawer was still under warranty when the repair was done; but, it should have been replaced per the warranty. This is fraud.
