I contacted Denny's Antenna Service, via email, in early September inquiring about types of TV antennas for my house as an alternative to cable TVDenny provided expert advice, recommendations, and was exceptionally upfront and honest regarding what my expectations should beI ended up purchasing two antennas and associated accompanying hardware from himI received all the products within one week of purchase I have to say his input and products are outstandingEverything is working great and the reception now on both of my TV's is exceptionalplus stations with crystal clear reception on each channel is amazing Who needs cable? I couldn't be happier to be able to cut my cable cord effective October 15th, The cost of the equipment I purchased through his store will payback within a short months Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Denny's and have provided that recommendation to several of my friends interested in replacing their cable service with antennas

Denny's Antenna Service sent out a previously installed antenna that was not advertised as such, and the antenna didn't work Further, their representative lied several times about refunding the money for shipping it back
I ordered an antenna from Denny's Antenna service in the early fall of The complete order included not only the antenna, but also items to completely install a roof mounted antenna and connect both the lightning protection, and the broadcast signal into the house
When I received my antenna, it was clear that the antenna had at least been mounted before; the unit was scuffed, and more importantly, the clamp on the mounting device had worn the paint off of the main support mast
When I installed the antenna, it did not function I was able to receive only four out of some channels that should have been available I double checked the connections, and made absolutely sure that the instructions had been followed to the letter As a mechanical engineer, I am very comfortable in asserting that the installation of a roof mounted antenna is well within my technical capacity
I disconnected the antenna, and rescanned for channels with only the coaxial cable, and found no difference in the results I went to a hardware store, purchased a different roof top antenna, and installed it with no problem whatsoever
That following Monday, I contacted *** at Denny's Antenna Service I told her that the antenna did not work, and that I would be returning it I told her that I would be satisfied if we split the cost of return shipping, and she agreed
I returned the item, sent an email outlining the price of shipping, and phoned her After weeks of waiting, three phone calls in total, each time being assured that a portion of the shipping would be refunded, it never occurred
Absolutely would not do business with again If you choose to, and have a return, my advice is to utilize your credit card company's buyer protection service immediately--demand a charge back from the card company, and cite documented problems with the company facilitating returns

Shipping was quick but antenna was damaged and cannot get email or phone calls answered phone system just hangs up, I would not recomend anyone purchasing a product from them if they ever feel they would need customer service

The stacker is still on top of my roof as a witness to good product

By far the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with in years Impossible to contact company Emails are never responded to and no one ever answers phone calls at company Can't leave message because mailbox is always full Product arrived weeks after ordering, and when returned no credit ever issued

I installed our EZ HD Antenna from Denny's on December We live in *** and are located miles from the antennas that we can see from our house We had been using an amplified "stick" antenna (about feet long) from Radio Shack (no longer manufactured) in our attic crawlspace for the past years and getting decent reception on about different channels (including or so sub-channels), but with intermittent dropouts on several digital channels (notably the NM PBS channels that are mostly what we watch) I ordered the $kit with mounting bracket It arrived via UPS exactly as promised I installed it (including the requisite ground), connected the existing cable wire from our attic crawlspace, it and pointed it at the transmitters that are clearly visible from our house
The results after scanning for channels were nothing short of amazing First off, all of the *** PBS channels now come in very clearly with no hint of dropouts noted as yet on any of them as well as all those we could receive previously The amazing part is that I have now discovered three additional broadcast channels (GetTV + old movies)(MundoFox in Spanish plus a number of English sub-channels), and ("Antenna" TV and sub-channels), adding a dozen or so viewing options to our TV I would enthusiastically recommend this antenna to anyone in the Albuquerque area who would like get more free TV than is to be had from the other "solutions" on the market
