I was out working in the garage when Zac Lesher came to my home to "check out" the problem with my central air unit- without my permission he completed the work that needed done and slapped me with a billI called Denny's to see if they would take my card over the phone or if I needed to go to the business to take care of my billI spoke to Jeff and wanted to explain that I was unhappy that work was done without coming to me, telling me the problem, what needed fixed and waiting for my approval to complete the workHe treated me awful, continuously interrupted me while I was talking and only offered to "make it right" if I purchased a whole new unit from them (he would then deduct my bill from the price of the new unit)I was not asking for a discount, I was solely trying to explain that customers should have to give authorization before work is doneApparently notJeff continued to say- "thats what we do- we come out and fix it." I'm glad he didnt think I needed a whole new unit or I'm afraid he would have installed it and gave me a $6,bill on his way outI try to shop local and support family owned businesses in my area as often as possible.This was a horrible experience and because of this, I will NEVER go back to Denny's or give any good review of this business
