the cook concerning the portionof French fries on the children's mealsI immediatelyaddressed the issue by combining the two potions ofFrench fries to one and then ordering and taking out anadditional plate of French friesThe original portion wascorrect but had not been divided evenly on both platesIalso spoke with the guest and apologized for the incidentand told them I was getting an additional plate of fries forthe childrenWhen the fries were cooked I brought themto the table and asked them how everything was and theytold me everything was wonderfulDuring there visit toour store I made four visits making certain all was welland chatting with themThere was no mention of anyother issues and they ate the majority of all food served.At the register they were given the additional French friesfor free along both children's meals freeWhen they leftthe restaurant everything was corrected and no furthercomplaint was madeThe next day they called andinformed me they wanted the money refunded for themeals they paid forThey also said they would call andmake a complaint that they got food poisoning if we didnot refund there moneyThis was referred to the DistrictManager to handle.Thank you,Jan S*Manager
