***. I am Sorry to hear that your frustrating experience I understand you lost your ID and credit card which left you only with a check as your means to pay at the time you came in for your appointment Unfortunately, we had serious issues with taking checks in the past
and it is company policy not to take them as a method of payment I understand you came in on that scheduled day but were not monitored due to the situation of payment I looked at your account and removed the $fee for the afterhours call I also removed the $fee for not having a form of acceptable payment at the time of monitoring Please note that we install for free and this is a loss to the company the client leaves before months With that said I will notate the account to accept half the cost to remove the device That will be the only cost when you come in Regards

Roseanna, We have tried to contact you multiple times without success We do not have any means of reaching you None of the phone numbers we have on file work We have left several messages with your emergency contact (Gloria) but have been unsuccessfulWe already credited
your account $ As a last effort to try and rectify this we will credit your account for the past months that were missed ($252) and bring your balance to zero going forwardI have done thorough research on this issue and the number of non compliance's on your data loggers is overwhelming (see attached summary) Like all interlock companies we do have non-compliance fees If we were to charge you for every non-compliance the total would have exceeded $however we do not gouge our clients With the exception of one occurrence, which was resolved by swapping out the device, the data does not show any issue with the device After swapping the device there were continued non-compliance's (Failed tests and missed running retests We will require you to immediately return our equipment we will void our contract and waive any termination fees upon you returning the device Your last scheduled appointment that you came to was on 2/7/ You were supposed to come back in for a monitoring appointment in early March but did not show up We do need you to contact us immediately The *** will suspend your license and disregard all time spent on the program if a person on the program does monitor the device within days which in your case is April 6th Please call Ruby to rectify this issue

Mr ***, I am sorry you have had some difficulties with our service We take all complaints seriously and aim to provide a great service for our customers I researched your complaint and found we did replace your device: once for invalid samples on 9/and once for a deficient
fuel cell on 12/ Unfortunately fuel cells (the alcohol testing component of the device) deplete and need to be replaced approx every 3-years I am unsure why you were getting repeated invalid samples Notes show you did call in on 1/26/I spoke with James the Technician manager and he informed me of your conversation that morning and notated you had been taking cough medicine and using cough drops Cough syrup does contain alcohol and can trigger a fail on the device however these are usually low fails I didn't see anything that was reported to MVD We try to train everybody during installation to avoid using the device while using cough medicine and to make sure one has a clear mouth cavity when using the deviceHaving cough drops could trigger invalid samples however an invalid sample is not considered a fail and is not reported to the MVD I am disappointed you want to leave our services and will try to make the process easier if you still wish to do so We can waive the contract termination fee and remove the device for free However, your installation with us was free so we cant refund for something that is free There are a couple of other companies that have free installation so if you would like we can remove our device and you can go with another provider Let me know how you wish to proceed

missed out of the appointments you had with our company Our device, like all the other interlock devices on the market, does not allow the vehicle to start if the user misses their appointment by more than days You missed of your appointments, without calling in, by more than days On each occasion we gave you a code to start your vehicle so you could drive your vehicle We were more than accommodating considering the circumstancesFurthermore, our missed appointment fees are of the lowest in the industry at $ Most companies are $50-$ Attached is the agreement you signed and agreed to stating that a missed appointment incurs a $fee (see paragraph 9)We are very transparent with our fee schedule We highlight them and point them out upon install and even have large billboards placed in each store lobbyWe do not see any justification for restitution

Ms ***,QuickStart Ignition interlock regrets that you believe you had a poor experience. The charges you are disputing are clearly outlined in the agreement you signed in January of 2015. Please review paragraph on the first page of the agreement. I have
attached a copy of the for your review. The past complaint was considered resolved as there was not any supporting documentation of QuickStart causing an issue with your steering wheel controls or radio issues. We had different techs evaluate this issue and could not find any correlation to the interlock. Furthermore the dealership you took the vehicle to, per your supporting documentation, did not either. QuickStart interlock takes customer complaints seriously. In this case we did not find any wrong doing on our side. Regards

Ms ***,I had already reviewed your complaint with my customer service manager and had collaborated with you through emailIn the email, which I have attached, you asked we waive the fee As an act of good faith I waived the fee and you thanked me for doing so Im not sure why
you are placing a complaint when you said waiving the fee would resolve the issue Are you asking us to install our device into a vehicle which you do not own or can not provide us an installation authorization form from the registered owner? We face legal liability installing a device into a vehicle without authorization from the registered owner and therefore refuse to do so
